Gala Dinner


On the occasion of Vinexpo Asia-Pacific, the Commanderie du Bontemps organised an event at the Marina Bay Sands. On Tuesday 23 May, a gala dinner was held to enable its members to meet up with their Asian clients and relations, whom they had been unable to see for many months. Around 650 guests from all over the world came together to taste the great wines of the Médoc, Graves, Sauternes and Barsac in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone was happy to meet up.
On the menu, a dinner concocted by chef Daniel Boulud in perfect harmony with our great wines from Bordeaux’s Left Bank.

Marina Bay Sands - Singapore

On Tuesday 23 May 2023, the Commanderie du Bontemps Médoc, Graves, Sauternes, Barsac, organised a gala dinner in conjunction with Vinexpo Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands, attended by almost 650 guests.
This first event organised by the Commanderie du Bontemps to coincide with Vinexpo Singapore was a resounding success, proving that the Asia-Pacific public is well and truly present.
The evening began with a cocktail served with a breathtaking view of Singapore Bay and the lotus flower at the Museum of Arts and Sciences. Guests were able to enjoy the surroundings while tasting Clos Floridène 2019, Château Sénéjac 2016 and Château Bastor-Lamontagne 2018.
Around twenty people were then inducted into the large ballroom at Marina Bay Sands.
Then it was time for dinner, prepared by three-starred chef Daniel Boulud, who served his signature wagyu beef dish.

A remarkable selection of wines enhanced the meal to the delight of our guests: Château La Louvière white 2018, Château Duhart-Milon 2015, Château Brane-Cantenac 2010, Château Haut-Brion 2008 in magnum, Clos Haut-Peyraguey 2016.
The evening continued on the terrace, with a glass of Bollinger champagne in hand.
