The students

The Left Bank Bordeaux Cup has an international impact.

Thus, several American teams participate in the competition of which Yale Law School, Harvard Law and Business School, UCLA, MIT, Cornell University, New York University School of Law, the Wharton School, NYU Stern School of Business, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Columbia Law School, Stanford Law School and Harvard Business School.

Numerous French schools also take part in the competition as Polytechnic, HEC, Centrale Lille, ESCP Europe, EDHEC, Sciences Po Paris, EM Lyon, Skema, Ecole Normale Supérieure etc.

Others prestigious European schools answer faithfully to the Left Bank Bordeaux Cup such as Oxford, IE business School, Cambridge, St Andrews, Lausanne and Copenhagen Business School.

Finally, the Chinese universities are more and more present in the competition : the Hong-Kong Polytechnic University, Hong-Kong University of Science and Technology, Szechuan International Studies University, Nanyang Technological University from Singapore for example.

The jury

The jury is composed of the Commandery members, including Emmanuel Cruse, the Grand Master. During the final, Baron Eric de Rothschild is actively involved as a member of the jury like other commanders, two of the most faithfuls Robert Cottin (House Dubos Frères) and Philippe Carpets (Haut Médoc Selection).

Journalists are also invited every year to the final.
